Can't start JIRA for the first time

Hi,

I'm trying to install JIRA on windows, After I configured the config.bat file with the port,DB, JIRA home, Then I run start-jira.bat, then go to the URL:8081 (which is my port), I get the following message: 

Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation.

Request assistance

I tried uninstalling JIRA then reinstalling, with the same result.

I uploaded the JIRA log file and catalina log fine to my online server to be able to insert link them here . Here is the log files :

You are getting connection refused on 8005, JIRA's default server port. Either the port is not open or it is used by some other app.

Try opening that port and see if that helps.
