Can't sign in to JIRA and see projects even as admin

Jevgeni Demidov

Recently I was invited to JIRA and Confluence products that my team is using, but I can't sign-in to JIRA even though I'm aligned to the project as admin.

Tried to reloading the page, logging-out and logging-in via Incognito mode, re-sending the invitation to the project, but nothing helps. Every time I get the following error message: "Something's gone wrong. Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support" and the button to "Reload page".

How to get it fixed?

Hello @Jevgeni Demidov,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of the site, I can see that you have permission only for Confluence and not Jira.

Please, talk to the site administrator for them to add you to the group jira-software-users or jira-core-users.

Once they add you to the group and to the project, you will be able to access Jira.

Regards,
Angélica
