Can't see the summary in user profile (even admin), so that they can't change password on their own.

Can't see the summary in user profile (even admin), so that they can't change password on their own.

I've got two environment with same setting.

This one is in dev env
The summary including the avatar shows normally so that users can change settings on their own.

And this one is on the prd env.

The summary section isnt shown properly. Users can't change the password and avatar either.

I guessed it is about the user profile plugin however, if i disabled it, it doesn't look like this.

I would like to ask how can it be configure?
