I just find I can't search Number Field and Date Picker field. But I can find these fields in Custom field.
When I search them in JQL, I can't find them. I tried use customfield id, like "customfield_11301 >= startOfDay(-6)", and I got an error message "Field 'customfield_11301' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it."
Does anyone know the reason?
Hello @ClaireYang
Can you provide a screen image showing the field(s) you want to use in your search being used in an issue?
How did you determine the field is for the field you want to search?
The tags on your post indicate you are using Jira Server. Is that accurate or are you using Jira Data Center?
Hi Trudy,
Take the field "会议日期" as example. It is used in the issue QMDTASK-586.
Usually, I type "会议" in advanced search, jira will return me all the fields started with "会议",but since late Friday, it doesn't work. But I can find the field in Custom fields.
And I use jira server, not data center.

Thank you for that additional information.
Have you reported the issue to your Jira Administrators and asked them if there was an update to the system?
Is it affecting all custom date and custom number fields or a subset of those fields?
Are other users of the Jira instance able to replicate the problem?

Thank you Trudy, I'm Jira Administrator. And I just find the fields search template is empty. After I add the template, field can be searched.
