Hi,
we have a problem with our Jira installation (v7.11.0 on Windows 2016 with MSSQL-Express 2017). We can't save any new process in a existing project with a windows 10-client.
What we already tried:
-Different Browser (MS Edge, MS IE, Chrome (67.0.3396.99), Firefox)
-Different User (Admin, non-Admin)
-Different Computer
On MacOSX-Clients (Chrome 67.0.3396.99) we don't have any problems
Sören,
Can you let me know what you mean by "process"? Do you mean a new issue, or a workflow?
When did this issue start occurring? Were you able to create in Windows 10 before?
One thing I wanted to point out - is your database version is unsupported and may cause issues for you in the future. Officially, only MSSQL 2012, 2014, and 2016 is supported, and none of the Express versions. It may not be what's happening here since it works in macOS, but keep an eye in the future on this. From experience, I have seen issues specifically with MS SQL Express 2017.

Thank you for clarifying that, Sören!
Can you let us know what errors occur in the Jira log when you attempt to create the issue?
Are you able to find anything in the Developer Tools in your browsers as well? It should show any error messages that the browser is encountering.
