Can't save epic-issue titles

Hi!

I can't save summary titles of my epics/user stories.

If I edit the summary field it seems that it will be saved (no error at all) but when I refresh the page the summary lost the content previously edited. 

How is it possible? Is there a workaround? 

I have tried everything but nothing works. Same issue for all my colleagues.

Is this a team-managed or company-managed project? 

What are the exact steps you are doing?

Hi @John Funk it's a company-managed one.

I have a few epics in place and I need to change their summaries. But when I change them after a while the previous summary replaces the new one and this is preventing me to change summaries.
