Can't save SLA settings

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have to edit one of project SLA (DirectPay).
Edited SLA saved but in few second SLA gets previous settings.

Other SLAs can be edited without problems.
What's wrong with this SLA?
What should I do to decide this problem?
