Can't resolve issues

After enabling the GreenHopper service, we seem to have lost the ability to mark issues as Resolved, and I'm not sure how to configure this back on.

I can change the status, and set this to Resolved or Closed - but the Resolution field remains Unresolved. I see configuration options for Resolutions and for the resolution screen, but can't find any button that brings this up. Is this a configuration error, or am I missing something?

But solution doesn't work for OnDemand instance. Not sure how to upgrade my Grasshopper Workflow:
