Can't request a review.

Hi,
When I hit the 'request review' button I get the request review dialog box but I can only type in 2 letters in the "Analysis Reviewer(s) " box and it's not auto populating the name of a reviewer. That's it, I'm stuck. This issue started when we move JIRA from one server to another, so I must be some setup issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
