Can't recover custom fields from Jira with REST connector

Dear all,
I've tried to make a connexion Qlik sense-Jira Server throught the REST connector in Qlik (see screenshots below). The connexion is working but I can't recover my custom fields from Jira.
Does anyone have a solution ? Do I have to install a connector in Jira directly ?
