We have on-premises Jira Software and I was going to submit a relatively simple suggestion / feedback item, but something seems to be broken today at atlassian.com, and I need to return to my regular work.
I start out by pressing the Jira Software help link in Jira Software itself. I do land at atlassian.com, but I can't seem to navigate to product support.
I either get a message about there being a problem ("We're moving mountains...") or I end up in a Jira page for Jira cloud or Jira Core instead of Jira Software (server).
Please advise when Jira support resources are working again, or how I can submit my suggestion at a working part of the website.

I'm sorry you had some trouble getting to a support form. For Jira Server, we are tracking suggestions and feature requests in a project on jira.atlassian.com where people are able to watch and vote on issues. You should be able to create a new Suggestion issue there if you wish.
But, I'm also happy to sort through our existing Suggestion issues and see if there's one that matches what you're interested in! This way we can make sure there's no duplicate suggestion already and get your vote on a pre-existing one if it's out there. Let me know if you're interested in that, or I'm happy to take a look at a new issue you make straightaway if you'd rather do that.

Basically, in some of the Jira text editors there's an option: "Horizontal Ruler", but generally a "ruler" is something with measurement marks and maybe cross-hairs or similar.
The menu item in the editor should be "Horizontal Rule", meaning a line across the screen.
I know it's a little thing, and literacy continues to decline, so maybe there are even people who actually think a "Rule" is a "Ruler", but I felt it was worth mentioning.

Great! I've searched against all the open issues in our Jira and can confirm there's no duplicate suggestion already. This link will prefill the project and issue type for you to create a Suggestion for Jira Server.
