Can't not login user ldap after restore jira with add-on

Hello everyone, I have an error after restore jira with add-on. I can't connect to LDAP server for authentication user and a error message as images. I don't find in Google, error code does not exist in LDAP error list.

@Ko Xa Ki LDAP error code refers to invalid DN (distinguished name) or invalid password.

Please check if you have correct authentication details.
