Can't not create issue / bug

Hello,

We have the free JIRA plan for 10 users, and since our requirements are limited, this version should be sufficient for us.

I am able to create epics and to-do lists, but I don’t see an option to create defects or bugs. Specifically, I can’t find the option to create an issue or bug.

Could someone please assist me in enabling this option in the free JIRA version so that I can create bugs? Thank you very much!

Welcome @Nitesh Shah 

This means that Bugs as an issue type is not included in your project. Are you a project administrator at least? If you are, you need to include the Bug issue type:

Project settings > Issues > Types 

Terminology may be different.
