I can't recieve URL without this step, can't contact support without URL, so I'm stuck.

Welcome to the Community! Are you trying to name or rename a site? Did you try with other browsers (or incognito)? Do you know if others may be running into the same issue? Are you in Cloud? Have you read these articles? :

As described in the article:
There are some limitations to be aware of:
You must have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan in that site.
You can’t change to a URL that is already in use or was used previously. Because we redirect the old URL, it won’t be available for another site. You’ll need to choose a new, unique URL.
You can’t change a product URL more than 3 times.
The change applies to all products in that site. You can’t change the URL for individual products within the same site.
I'm having the same problem. I am setting up a new account. I entered my email address and verified it. Then I'm asked to name my site and it shows me [mysite].atlassian.net followed by a green check mark. Then I click the Continue button and I get an error. I've tried different names for [mysite], but all give the same error code. I can't progress to creating an account because I get stopped at the "name your site" page in the sign up process.
