The email address of my colleague used to be a Google suite address. But now we have changed that to Outlook.
So her email (ts@moh1.gov) is now an Outlook address. But Atlassian still assumes it is a google account and bring the option login with Google.
How can we fix this?

Try clearing your cache in your browser, including Cookies. Then see if you can log in. Or maybe even try with Incognito mode.

We tried all those to no avail. We also tried with another browser that we haven't used to login to Jira before.
