Can't login to my account

Hi!

I've been trying to loggin to my account all afternoon and haven't been able. In the morning I logged in with no problem but now a sign appeards that says: Su cuenta no está disponible todavía en esta instancia de OnDemand. (Your account is not abaliable in the OnDemand instance yet").

Can someone please tell me whats wrong? I have an adminsitrator account, I should be able to logg in..
