Can't login to any Jira sites, i.e. Software, Confluence, Atlassian Support - JS load error happens

I have tried many ways to login. I can't access the ff sites: 

• https://insuredhq.atlassian.net/ 

Device: macOS High Sierra version 10.12.6 (16G1314) 

1. Downloaded latest version of Google Chrome - Version 66.0.3359.170 (Official Build) (64-bit)
2. Tried using Safari browser
3. Accessed the site  on incognito mode
4. Cleared cache
5. Disabled plugins
6. Checked trace route

How do I resolve this?

Are you getting to the screen where it's asking for your email address or is that where it fails?  I tried https://insuredhq.atlassian.net/ and got that far.  Obviously I couldn't complete the authentication process as I don't have an account on your site.
