Can't login to JIRA after Cloud -> Server migration

Hi,

   I'm new to jira

Here is the link http://jira.helixtech.co:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa

when try to access my home page it shows the error like

"the site can't be reached"

jira.helixtech.co took too long to respond.  

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

can anyone help how to fix this issue soon?

The error message suggests that your server is not reachable from your computer. This may be an firewall/network issue or the server is not up and running (take a look into the log files of the JIRA server).
