Can't log into organization, only overall Atlassian but not specific Jira.

When I try to log into my organization's Jira, i keep getting stuck in a repeated loop of being unable to verify my identity. I get the emailed verification code, but still am unable to be verified. I am not sure how to get back to the automatically logged in state I was in a few weeks ago. But now I can't even access the projects I am on because I can't log into the organization specific Jira. 

I have also somehow been locked out of the MFA app, so the only way I can verify is through email and IDK how to fix the MFA either.

I also can't make an actual customer support Jira ticket bc apparently my account is basic and doesn't have that option...

It might that you have more then one account or there is a wrong mail address linked to your account.

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.
