I've been using Edge browser for Jira access, but a couple of days ago it stopped working. When I try to go to my Jira project, the browser appears to be momentarily showing the project, but then switch to an error message saying:
" We couldn’t log you in
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again."
However I can log in using Chrome.
Anyone knows how to fix this in Edge?
Thank you!
Dear @David Zhang ,
welcome to the community.
It's possible, that Edge got a policy update (some system settings) that make it react diffrently. As Atlassian is supporting Edge for 100% you can be sure, that they are testing permanenty, if Edge still works. To many users world wide would be affected otherwise.
I recomment to talk to your windows admin.

I too get the same error.
My machine is not managed and no new policy has been applied.
As mentioned above, it does momentarily login and open the page. But then kicks you out.
Works fine in Chrome. No plugins/extensions installed in Edge
I would say this is an error on the Atlassian side, not user.

Dear @[deleted] ,
but you have automatic windows updates not deactivated, or? So it is MS managed ;)
This could be one reason - but you are right. If this doesn't change within 24h I recomment to open a support ticket at Atlassian.
