Hi there,
Hi @Spencer Kotowick , thanks for your post. I have flagged this to Atlassian. Someone should reply to you here.
Best wishes
Thanks. We can't submit a technical ticket either since it's free tier right now (I think).

Hi @Spencer Kotowick , yes, that's correct that you can't open a ticket to the service desk on a free tier. However, someone from Atlassian has replied to you here.

Not an answer, but this happening with me as well.
I get stuck in an login loop when trying to access Jira at https://***.atlassian.net
I'm using a username and password for authentication.
Eventually the page reports:
"Something went wrong on our end
If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.
Hash 18J93LX"
Since I'm not the admin I can't contact support.
I have tried after clearing their cookies and cache, tried with incognito mode, and tried both Edge and Firefox browsers. The outcome is either the "Something went wrong on our end" message or:
"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.
If you continue to see this error, raise a support request."
I have 2FA set up.
I am able to login to https://my.atlassian.com just fine.
When I check https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my there are no licences listed.
I am not using a VPN.
The same happens using Chrome on mobile (using the mobile provider's network).
This has been happening for over a week and the Jira status page reports "Operational".
Please can you help me to be able to login to Jira?

Hi @Spencer Kotowick ,
Welcome to the Community! Have you tried with different browsers? Are you going through a company VPN that may be blocking the access? Can you try with a mobile device?
