I received an email that I hadn't used my Trello account for over 2 years and needed to log-in by Sept to keep the account. When I go to log-in it doesn't bring up a space to enter a password as if it doesn't recognise my e-mail. When I hit the send recovery link button I don't receive the e-mail. To contact support I have to log-in. I definitely had a Trello account and don't wish to lose my old boards. Surely it recognises my e-mail account to have e-mailed me in the first place. Help?
