During log in to Jira or Bitbucket, it says an email with confirmation code was sent, but in fact there is no email including Spam folder.

But this is a question about another account, because I obviosly cannot log in with it.

Hi @Alex Astafiev

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Atlassian has a troubleshooting guide specifically for verification codes that are not received.

If the emails still don't arrive after those checks, you'll likely need to contact Atlassian Support, as Community members don't have access to the account or Atlassian's email delivery logs.

Thanks for your reply,

I tried, but then had another issue, perhaps because I am logged with another account not related to the organization:

HI @Alex Astafiev

Welcome to the community.

First are you an admin on the instance this relates to (not space admin) if you are not then ask one of the admins to raise a request for you.

Second if this is a Free instance, you are not eligible for support, then this involves specific account adjustments or manual site restoration, The Atlassian Billing and Licensing team will need to handle this.

 - To get this resolved, please follow these steps to create a support ticket:

- Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode (this is important to ensure you aren't automatically logged into the suspended account).

- Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.

- Under How can we help you?, select Quotes and Plan Changes.

- Under Choose a topic, select Change cloud plan.

- Fill in the details.

- If the message box isn't visible, click on “Need more help?” to make the description field and submit button appear.

In your description, please explain the situation and include a link to this forum post so the agent has all the context.
