Can't log in after jira import from backup

Hello everyone,

I'm attempting to import a Jira cloud back up into Jira Data Center. 

I am able to do import the backup however I can't log back in once the backup finishes.

I am assuming that I need to use the admin username and password credentials that are from the cloud backup. I have tried those logins but I can't seem to log back in. I can't reset the password or anything either. 

Is anyone able to shed some light as to what admin account should be used?

Hi @Hoc ,

Have you tried sysadmin/sysadmin ?

If you still face the issue you can follow https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-972329273.html and log in using recovery_admin account and create an admin user and use the Data centre.
