Can't locate trello importer

I am trying to install Trello Importer Plugin for Jira, but I can't find it on the "marketplace" on my "jira hosted" website.

The plugin is this one, but the only thing I can do is download it:

How can I fix this and import Trello cards?

You can't install plugins into OnDemand.

For OnDemand imports, I think you might need to go via CSV or some other route.
