Hi @Yongjin Chong,

Based on the screenshot you provided I'm going to assume this is actually a Jira board you are trying to load not a Trello Board.

I'm going to move it into the correct collection in case others come looking for the answer to the same question.

To answer your question the ability to see a board is usually defined by having permissions to see the filter or project the board is based on.

I would speak with an administrator of your instance of the board to get access to see it.
