Can't link Crucible to Jira

When creating an applink from Crucible to JIRA I got:

No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue.

Hi, 

Typically this messaging comes up if there's an issue with communication between the 2 servers. Check out the following article for a few tests you can run to confirm if this is the case.
