Can't interact with tickets and can't push to bitbucket

A few weeks ago I was rearranging our columns and deleted a couple of them. Deleting the "Done" column, our last column, pulled out 500 tickets from the past and put them into the next closest column. Some error happened but everything seemed find after I deleted all 500 tickets that came out of nowhere.

Now I can't click on tickets and see their info most of the time. When I do get the ticket to open and try to comment, it doesn't save. I can't move tickets, the ranking fails. Also, pushing to bitbucket often fails with a "fatal: Could not read from remote repository" error. I have privileges because sometimes I can push, sometimes I can't. Our internet speed is up in the 30mbps range so I doubt that is the issue.

Is there some issue with my account?
