Can't integrate screenshots to a ticket - sometimes

I don't know why, but sometimes I can add a screenshot to a Description and sometimes not. But I don't know, why and what's the reason.

Here it has works:

But at next issue - it doesn't work:

Hi Jörn,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
As per I can see in the second screenshot, you are previewing the description, if you save the description, does the image shows correctly?
Also, if you don't preview the description and just save it, does the issue happen?
I was able to replicate the issue just once when I clicked to preview before the image was completely uploaded. Please, make sure that when you add an image it shows fully uploaded on the "Attachments" field and then save the description.

It works, if I submit the ticket. But sometimes the screenshot is also visible in preview. But sometimes only and it's a little bit confusing, if you can't see the screenshot in preview

Hi Jörn, have you tested using another browser? When the issue happens, can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows an error?
