Can't get account IDs for users from API

I used https://my_domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/user/bulk/migration?username=some_user

Users created after 07.09 get "accountID" "unknown". The users who were created before 07.09 "accountID" shows correct

Hello @Oleksandr Sapsai,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I found a similar case here and sometimes it happens due to capital letters on the username.

Can you please confirm if that's not the case?

If they do, please add the capital letter in the API to get their ID.

Are there any differences between the usernames that work and the ones that don’t work?

I can see that there are many users on your site, but can you please test the Get all users API to check if it shows the account ID of the affected users?

Regards,
Angélica

I tried to use the username with capital letters. It didn't help

For my and old users API gives the correct "accountID". Only for new users who were created after 07.09Screenshot_162.jpg
