I am reaching out regarding our Jira instance: https://macartevacances.atlassian.net.
We are currently trying to regain administrative access to our workspace. Our company currently has 15 employees, but we noticed there are 38 active users on the account.
After checking with our current team, no one seems to have administrator privileges.
Could you please provide the email address of the current Site Administrator?
If the administrator is a former employee, I can temporarily reactivate their corporate email address to reset the password and transfer the admin rights to a current team member.

If you’ve lost administrative access to your Atlassian organization, the recommended solution is to contact the Billing, Licensing, and Purchasing (BLP) support team by filling out the form here:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
This is the correct path when no one in your company has admin access (Organization Admin, Site Admin, or Product Admin), or if you are on a Free plan and cannot open a support ticket through the standard portal.
