Can't find the Authentication methods for Jira System.

I should be able to get to the Authentication methods screen by going to 'System' and find 'Authentication methods', but I can't find it in the menu.

I am the system administrator, and we are using v9.4.3 Jira Data Center.

I didn't realize that I needed to enable the SSO for Atlassian Server and Data Center app first.

You need to install SSO for Atlassian Server and Data Center app.
