Hi,
No matter where I try to find myself it's like I don't exist. I can't find myself in Assignee field for example, nor in the JIRA's Permission Helper form.
If I lose the Admin rights I start to exist again, but as soon as I get my admin rights back I'm gone :/
Can someone please help.
Cheers,
Joel
Hi @[deleted] ,
You can check the project's permission scheme to see if your user group has assigned permissions.

@Ollie Guan thank you for the suggestion, but I am afraid that that is not the issue.
I believe that this is not tied to a project, I don't exist anywhere in JIRA, including JIRA's Permission helper.
For the project, if I go to add myself (through the Add people) to the project I also can't find myself.
I went to the general roles and groups permissions and if I go to the permission scheme of the project I can't find myself again to grant myself `Assignable user`. Although `Any logged in user` is set to be `Assignable user`.

Have you ever checked the global permissions?

@Ollie Guan, I have and your screenshot shows opposite permission.
I can view the list of user names, group names, share issues, mention people etc.
I and nobody else in the company can see me when they type my name in the search. It's like I do not exist.
