Can't find how to set the story points?

Can't find how to set the story points?

I just signed up for JIRA Agile.

I can't how or where to set the story points. The story points field is already in the Global Content. I can see an empty gray circle where the story points should be displayed.

I even created the Sample Agile Project and it generated some stories with points assigned to each issue. I can see the story points, but I CANT FIND HOW TO EDIT THE STORY POINTS OR NOT HOW TO SET STORY POINTS IN NEW ISSUES. Yes, I already tried to "edit" an issue.
