Can’t find billing info for my Jira site

Hi,

I’m having some trouble finding the billing info for my Jira site.

I used to work on a site called dqwdqdqq.atlassian.net. I signed up for the Premium trial back in early April (around April 2). But now I can’t find any billing details linked to this site.

I’ve checked:

• my.atlassian.com for invoices or subscriptions

• admin.atlassian.com to see if the site shows up

• My Atlassian account settings

But the site doesn’t show up anywhere, and I’m not sure what happened to the billing or subscription info.

Has anyone run into this before? Is there a way to track down the billing records or check if the site still exists?

Hello @Zhenzi Song ~ do you have multiple organizations?  Try the base admin site first:  Atlassian Administration , select the appropriate org, and check the Billing tab.  If that doesn't help, I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support.
