I'm totally at a loss here. I've moved several epics from board ABC to board DEF. I cannot enable the roadmap on board DEF because "Your roadmap isn't available because the board filter contains multiple projects."
I've gone through every epic and story to ensure that child issues and tasks are in board DEF. I have even gone so far as to remove linked issues to other boards. Still no joy.
The filter in question: project = DEF ORDER BY Rank ASC
Any thoughts on what I might be missing here?
Is there a way to query JQL to find what issues it thinks are preventing me from enabling roadmaps? Seems like there must be a way if that message can be shown.
Both boards are company-managed, and both boards belong to the same software project.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @LarryT
Can you try replicating the Board by creating a new one, with the same filter, and see what happens?

What is the filter for the other board? Does the Roadmap include any other boards or projects?

Thanks!
The other board's filter is just project = ABC ORDER BY Rank ASC.
Board ABC's roadmap contains only ABC epics, stories, etc. I can't even toggle the roadmap for DEF to on.

Well, so I believe. It's apparently not so easy to ask Jira if there are any outside-of-project cards here. Is manual inspection of everything my only option (outside of ScriptRunner, which we do not have)?
Do linked issues count toward this?

What filter does it show when you click "edit filter query"?
