Can't enable backlog

I have a team-managed project, but whenever I try to follow this guide, I don't see the features tab to be able to enable the backlog. Why is this not showing up in my instance?

The option will not show up if you are not assigned to the Administrator role for that project.

Can you provide a screen image of what you see?

Can you confirm that you are working with a Software project versus a Business/Work Management or Service project?

A Team Managed Business/Work Management project does not have a Features option under its Project Settings.

Hi Trudy, here's what I see on my screen. This is a business project. Maybe that is the issue?

Hello @Frank 

Yes, that is the issue. You cannot enable the Backlog feature for a Business/Work Management project. That is only available for Software types of projects. You might notice that in the document you were referencing it says it is about enabling Backlog for team managed software projects.
