As the title says, I Can't edit reporter if the issue was created through Issue Collector.
Is this a setting or a locked feature associated with the Issue Collector?

It shouldn't be an issue with this. Does your project permissions allows to modify reporter?

Yes, it says I have the right to do this.
I also checked with Permission Helper, it says I have the rights.
Now I realize it is related to all issues in that specific project, can't change Reporter for any issues.
