Hi, I'm trying to delete my organization but I keep getting the error: "Your organization has apps that you need to remove before deleting it."
The apps listed are: Goals, Jira Administration, Jira, Projects, and Rovo.
However, when I go to the Apps section, there is no option to disconnect or remove any of them. I've tried multiple times and waited a few minutes between attempts, but the error persists.
Has anyone managed to solve this? Thanks!
You will need to raise a support ticket with Atlassian, use the billing and account option.
This as some apps can't be removed by yourself, like Rovo.

Hello @Isabel Mendonca
@Marc -Devoteam- is right here.
Some apps are a bit of a special / dirty exception during org deletion, and Rovo is one of the common examples. Those apps often cannot be removed directly in the UI, so even if they appear as blockers, you may not see a Disconnect or Remove option yourself.
In that case, the usual path is to raise a support ticket with Atlassian, because support may need to clean up those app links on the backend before the organization can be deleted.
So yes, if Rovo is listed and you cannot remove it manually, I would also recommend going to Atlassian Support under billing/account or organization administration.
