Can't delete attachement in Jira Agile (OnDemand)

I'm the Project Administrator using Default Permission Scheme and I am unable to delete attachments on any issue.

I've checked other questions but none of those solutions helped me.

Delete attachment is controlled purely by the permission scheme.

So, go to the project, check which permission scheme it is using, then go into the scheme and look at the rules associated with "delete attachment (own)" and "delete attachment (all)".  Now check your account matches one of the rules.

I can confirm that my account have both related permissions, "Delete All Attachments" and "Delete Own Attachments" but I can't still delete any kind of attachments.

Can you show us the two lines in the permission scheme, the project admin showing which permission scheme you are using, the project's role membership and what groups you are in?
