Can't delete a organization

I accidentally created an organization separate from the main one.

I want to delete an organization I created by mistake because I don't need it, but I'm unable to delete it.

I deleted all the apps I could, but I’m having trouble because I can’t delete the organization.

You must complete the following steps before you can delete the organization.

• step 1 : Remove All Product Subscriptions
• step 2：Remove All Domains and Apps
• step 3：Wait for Retention/Deactivation Period
• step 4：Delete the Organization
