Can't create new releases

Hello, today we can not create new releases. When we click on the "Release" button nothing happens, this is happening in all the projects, is there any global error or something have changed? The last release we have done was on July 21st.

I just tried this and was able to both create a version and release it. Checking the Atlassian status page, I didn't see any open incidents on this.
