Can't create issue via mail handler

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Start using trial clowd JIRA.
Want to install autocreation stories via e-mail.
Mail handler see incoming mails, create the report that it creates issues in JIRA and deleteng the mails but it does not so.
Mail at the inbox are keeping also.
What do I wrong?
