Can't create any tickets because of "impact criteria" error

Can't create any tickets because of "impact criteria" error

No user is able to create tickets for any project or board because we're all getting an error that says " impact criteria: impact criteria is required".... we have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Screen Shot 2020-10-19 at 1.44.18 PM.png

Answer accepted

Someone (admin) added the "impact criteria" custom field as required. Please reach out to your admin and have them inspect what was done vs. what was intended.
