Can't create Company-managed issue task

hi,

I created Company-managed of project which manage software project.But when i configured ,but i can't create story throw the error("You cannot create issues in this project").

Welcome to the Atlasssian Community.

This is more likely a permission issue. It's easier to check this as a Jira Admin 

1. Go to Project Settings
2. Select Permissions from the left-hand menu
3. Check the appropriate Permissions in the applied scheme are assigned correctly - including Browse Projects, Create Issues at minimum.
4. If your Permissions are Group-based, ensure they're applied to a Group you're a member of
5. If it's Project Role based, select People from the left-hand menu.
6. Ensure you are assigned to a Role with the appropriate Browse Projects, Create Issues permissions.
