Can´t creat migration support ticket

i want to creat the mirgration support ticket.

I´m hanging on this step:

Leider können wir diese Cloud-URL nicht finden.

It says that you need to find the URL for the migration. Which migration are you doing:

From DC to Cloud you should be using Jira Cloud Migration assistant. On which step are you stuck, so you are creating a support ticket?

Which method are you using to login as admin? Your email and password, Google login?
