Can't commit a story that has a required field from Jira Plan to Jira

When create a story in my project, the Components field is required. 

I created a story in Jira Plan, and tried to commit it via "Review changes". 

The Create screen does not show the create screen of the project, but has only the Summary and Description that are editable. 

When click on Create, it shows that can't commit because Components is required.

Should the create screen shows the create screen for the project?
