I am having an issue with closing BSA ticket. I can't close it as an error pops up that there should be fix version as well as a release note to be added, but we don't add that to BSA tickets(there are no fields). What could be the way to close this ticket? none if the admins can't close it either seeing the sane error. Thank you!

It sounds like you have a validator in the workflow that you are using that requires values for fix version and release note. If that should not be there then your admins have to update the workflow, or create a new workflow for BSA issues if the current workflow is shared with another issue that should have these fields filled out before closing.
