UPDATE: This seems to have resolved itself overnight.

I've been consistently hitting a "Something went wrong" error when navigating in Atlassian. It happens when I click into different spaces and also in Rovo Chat — basically everywhere I try to go.

I've already tried:
- Clearing cookies and cache
- Using an incognito/private browser window

Still getting the same errors. Here are the two error codes I'm seeing:

Error 1
- Hash: `1G2WC5S`
- Trace: `56efd6600b984431b24a1eb26f9c5229`

Error 2
- Hash: `GEQ9LG`
- Trace: `0559991534ef469ab87c6463d50d9dad`

Has anyone seen these before or know what might be causing this? Any help appreciated!

Hello @Donna Foronda 

Actually, Traceid will be helpful for Atlassian, but not really for us. We don't have access to their deep logs.

It could have many reasons, so Atlassian probably needs to look under the hood at your current setup to figure out what's happening and what's causing it.

@Donna Foronda Couple of quick questions.

What browser are you using and is it happening in all browsers?

Are you on a free or paid subscription?
