Not sure why, but for some reason I've lost the ability to add a label to an existing issue, when I click "None", I can't type or select a label:
I can press the "L" key and the dropdown appears - but if I select anything from it (or attempt to type in a new label) the tick button won't accept it:
The original issue was created via Slack Integration > Add issue, if that helps.
Hi all,
Just following up on the problems everyone mentioned with editing labels on Jira issues between Feb 12 and Feb 13. We experienced an issue in Jira Cloud over this period that prevented label editing from working correctly.
I apologize that this question slipped our radar and you all went without an answer! In the future, you can check our public statuspage for potential incidents like this at status.atlassian.com.
Cheers,
Daniel | Atlassian Support
